The Many Food Choices of Authentic Mexican Cooking Utensils and Cookware

Maybe you ate Mexican food in a Mexican restaurant quality or even a Chimenea. If you have, maybe some authentic Mexican cookware or utensils have been used to wash the dishes. The Mexicans use a range of different cooking methods including baking, roasting and slow cooking and have pots and pans for these unique methods. Mexicans love to use lots of fresh produce in their cooking, including spices and herbs, so you can find knives and a mortar and pestle in Mexican cuisine. Some common Mexican pots Ollas, also known as Barros, clay pots are deep. They’re perfect for the beans simmer, stew or soup and clay is a great way for cookware because it distributes heat evenly to prevent burned spots. Barro means clay or mud and Olla means pot.
